1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the website of the operator of this website (see legal notice).

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of vehicles in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By completing your order you submit a binding offer to purchase, which we accept by sending an order confirmation email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices shown are final prices including statutory VAT. Payment is made either by credit card or by prepayment/bank transfer. For bank transfer orders, goods are shipped once payment has been received.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; we voluntarily extend this to 30 days. The full withdrawal notice and withdrawal form are available on Return policy and Withdrawal form.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates are agreed individually after the order is received and depend on the vehicle type and destination country within the EU.
