Delivery guidelines

1. Delivery area

We deliver to all member states of the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us in advance.

2. Delivery time & shipping costs

The estimated delivery time is generally 3 to 7 business days from payment or order confirmation, and is shown as a date on every product page. Delivery within Germany and the EU is free of charge; the exact date depends on the vehicle type, availability and destination country.

3. Shipping method

Transport is carried out by freight carrier on a suitable vehicle transporter, delivered directly to your door, or alternatively you may collect your order yourself from our warehouse in Hannover.

4. Unloading
